The vast majority of residents and staff at a nursing home have tested positive for coronavirus.
The Nightingale nursing home in Galway has been stricken by a severe outbreak, infecting 25 out of 27 residents, and most of the staff.
At least one resident has already died.
According to a spokesperson, the nursing home feels ‘abandoned’ by the HSE.
