World Health Organization (WHO) boss Tedros Adhanom has issued a dire warning, saying that many countries ‘are heading in the wrong direction’ in the fight against Covid-19.
The number of cases across Brazil, Mexico, and particularly the United States has been rising steadily over the last two weeks.
Globally, over 13m Covid-19 infections have been confirmed, and there’s no end in sight.
