Covid cases drop to record low in Texas just weeks after State abandoned lockdown measures and mask mandate

In the U.S state of Texas positive Covid-19 cases have dropped to a record low since widescale testing began just three weeks after Governor Greg Abbot lifted the state’s mask mandate.

Hospitalizations also dropped to a 6 month low in the second most populous state in America weeks after lockdown restrictions were abandoned and the state authorities took action to ensure businesses do not discriminate against non-mask wearers.

Governor Abbot was condemned by President Biden for “neanderthal thinking” just weeks ago when he announced that his state would no longer enforce Covid-19 lockdowns and would cease to require citizens to wear masks or social distance in public places and businesses.

The corporate media and Joe Biden once again joined hands to attack Texas and its governor for these moves, but both have remained silent since statistics proved abandoning the Orwellian measures they advocate did not cause a catastrophe but rather had the opposite effect.
