Crowds numbering in their hundreds turn out for water protest in Alan Kelly’s hometown

Irish Water’s day of reckoning is nigh.

The wretched utility has become the Government’s seppuku weapon of choice. Well past its point of sustainability, Irish Water will begin to crumble and slowly topple over in the very immediate future, bringing down its creator as it crashes out of existence.

Today, large crowds turned out to stage a protest in the Minister of Environment’s hometown of Nenagh in Co. Tipperary.

The recent Eurostat decision to maintain Irish Water in the governent’s books is largely seen as the coup de grace for Phil Hogan’s abortive child.

Alan Kelly, who recently said he was “very very satisfied with the level of (water bill) payment” was conspicuously absent from Nenagh today.
