Harry Potter himself has honoured his word and paid the Dublin minor team back €50 which they paid for his taxi when they met the actor 2 years ago on a night out in Dublin.
Daniel Radcliffe who played the character in the Harry Potter franchise, promised the footballers he would repay them the next time he was in Dublin. He did so today and included the following note:
“So, thanks again for paying for my cab”, the letter read.
“I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t honour my word and pay you back.
“Once again, great meeting you all. Hope this covers it.”
Well done Daniel, a man of his word!
