The death toll arising from the latest mass shooting in America has been revised downwards to 18, with over 60 injured.
The perpetrator, named as 40-year-old Robert Card, remains on the run.
The shootings took place in the town of Lewiston, Maine, on Wednesday evening.
Authorities have confirmed that the perpetrator is an expert marksman.
