In what some are calling shameless pandering to the Communist dictatorship of China, the governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has begun referring to the Covid-19 virus as the “European virus”.
This is despite the fact the virus originated in China and that it is now widely accepted that Beijing lied about the true scale and nature of the spreading disease and used their influence over the World Health Organisation to force the UN agency to support its lies enabling a global pandemic.
The use of the nonsensical phraseology by the democratic governor is seen by some as a asinine attempt at a rebuttal to US President Donald Trump who referred to the Covid-19 disease as the Chinese virus due to the fact it originated in the country.
US intelligence is also increasingly confident that the virus actually originated in a Chinese laboratory but Democrats are eager to back the party line of the Chinese dictatorship in a bid to undermine their President, Donald Trump, ahead of this Novembers general elections.
