There are delays of up to 40 minutes reported in the southbound DART system in Dublin this morning, due to a passenger suddenly falling ill.
It is understood that emergency services were quickly at the scene, but the incident is causing long delays on the line, further compounding the commuting misery sparked by the Dublin Bus strike today.
The nature of the passenger’s illness has not been made public.
