The Department of Health have confirmed 1,276 new Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
In an announcement the Department also confirmed 8 further deaths.
It is understood that five of those deaths occurred in October, two in September and one in June.
The latest figures now brings the overall case total to 48,678.
Meanwhile the overall death toll stands at 1,849.
