“Didn’t violate our policies” – Twitter sued by victim after allegedly refusing to take down child porn featuring him when he was just 13 years old

Twitter, which recently banned President Trump and tens of thousands of conservative accounts and individuals who appear to have heavily disagreed with globalist/progressive agenda, is being sued for allegedly refusing to remove child pornography, by the victim whom the pictures were taken of.

A 17-year-old boy is suing the tech giant after they allegedly refused to remove clips of him involved in sex acts between the ages of 13 and 14 after sex traffickers duped him into filming himself while they posed as a 16-year-old girl.

The traffickers then blackmailed the boy, named only as ‘John Doe’, into sending more clips and involve another child in sex acts.

‘Doe’ eventually blocked the traffickers, but the clips appeared on Twitter in 2019 and now the boy is suing Twitter after an investigation “didn’t find a violation” of the company’s “policies,” the lawsuit alleges.

After reporting the clips of child pornography featuring himself, Twitter allegedly replied to Doe and said they wouldn’t be taking down the material, which had already racked up over 167,000 views and 2,223 retweets, the suit states.
“Thanks for reaching out. We’ve reviewed the content, and didn’t find a violation of our policies, so no action will be taken at this time,” the response read.
