Disgraceful: Close to 400 Christians dead and not a peep out of Leo Varadkar

The death toll from the Easter Sunday massacre by ISIS in Sri Lanka has risen to 390 Christians dead.

The figure kept rising and rising after an initial 200 dead with some 500 injured.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the pure vermin that is ISIS have claimed responsibility for the evil Islamic terrorist attack.

But close to just as shocking is the fact the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has made absolutely no comment whatsoever on social media condemning the horrific Islamic terrorism act in Catholic churches in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.

Perhaps that could be put down as just stupidity, arrogance and innocence, but the strange part is that Varadkar came out immediately to rightly condemn the terror attack in the New Zealand mosque last month.

What is the difference? Other than far more people killed and injured in Sri Lanka, of course.

Where’s the uproar and condemnation from the Taoiseach? Surely Roman Catholics being murdered while in a Church is just as bad as muslims being killed in a mosque?

The number of victims from Easter Sunday’s terrorism attack in Sri Lanka has risen dramatically to 290, with close to 500 people injured

The Easter Sunday massacre saw no fewer than eight explosive devices were detonated across several churches, hotels, and other sites in the country as people gathered for Easter services.

When the New Zealand attack occrued, Varadkar said:
“I condemn the act of terrorism that occurred. It was an act of terrorism. Also an act of cowardice because it targeted children and people who were at prayer.”

Numerous social media users have been condemning how much of the media is making as little as possible of the Sri Lankan Islamic terrorist attack because they say it was Christians who were killed and not muslims.

They also have said how utterly disgraceful it is that Varadkar didn’t take to Facebook and Twitter to condemn the Islamic terrorist attack in Roman Catholic churches in Sri Lanka.
