Disgraceful: Phil Hogan knew of the massive €40 million water charges expenses in 2012 – one year before it became public knowledge

Absolutely shambolic – Former Minister for the Environment Phil Hogan knew in 2012 of the exuberant wages the so-called water meter experts and consultants would receive.

These expenses exceeded €40 million and according to a document obtained by RTE, Hogan knew of these expenses one full year before they became public knowledge.

Yet again, this is a fine example of public sector waste. It wasn’t Hogan’s money so instead of shopping around, he gives it to the HIGHEST candidate!

Thankfully for Ireland, Hogan is on his merry way to Europe – yet again at tax payers expense. Enda Kenny has proven his team are aa bad if not worse than an governmental predecessor.
