Donald Trump has reportedly parted ways with the legal team that he had hired to defend him during the upcoming second impeachment trial.
According to sources, the two senior legal representatives, Butch Bowers and Deborah Barbier, left by ‘mutual agreement’ with the now disgraced former President.
The reasons for their departure are unclear, but there are rumors that Mr. Trump wanted his lawyers to base the legal arguments on the fantasy that the election had been stolen from him.
