Donnelly: The HSE are looking at whether doctors and nurses who don’t want the vaccine can still

The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly was interviewed on Ireland AM and was pressed about how a large number of frontline hospital workers do not want to take the vaccine.

It must be noted that the vaccine is not mandatory for anyone to take and will remain optional.

It’s understood that the government expert around 80% of adults to receive the vaccine, possibly more, possibly less, but either way – they expect a significant number of people to never take the vaccine.

Donnelly said that the HSE is now looking at whether frontline workers who do not want to get the vaccine will still be allowed to care for patients in hospitals and care centres.

What do you think? Should they still be allowed to care for patients or not?
