Joe Duffy and his Liveline show are seeing listenership drop at an alarming level.
The RTE afternoon show saw 58,000 stop listening to the show in 2021 with the latest figures showing that even more people have stopped listening to the national broadcaster’s show.
A further 3,000 people have dropped off the call-in show in the latest figures.
Joe Duffy, with a salary of €392,000 a year, is the third highest paid presenter in RTE.
Many people on social medai say that they won’t pay the TV licence anymore with even more people saying that they will no longer watch or listen to RTE because of its propaganda for the government.
