The HSE’s Chief Clinical Officer Dr Colm Henry has said that Ireland will face another year of Covid-19 restrictions.
Speaking to RTE Raidio na Gaeltachta, Henry said that it is not a thing people want to hear but the country will most likely face another year of restrictions.
Dr Henry told the station that it will most likely take that long until everyone is vaccinated against the virus.
He added that it is more important than ever that people stick to public health guidelines in order to stem the spread of the virus.
