The Chief Medical Officer, Dr Tony Holohan has said that Ireland, and indeed the world for that matter, will be living with coronavirus for some time to come.
The top medic went on to say that he thinks there won’t be any change to the current coronavirus lockdown measures in Ireland by declaring that he’s not anticipating a change to Covid-19 restrictions in the short-term.
It’s not yet known whether any restrictions will be lifted on Easter Sunday, which Leo Varadkar said was the date when the heavy lockdown restrictions were initiated.
