The travel insurance group InsureMyTrip has released new data for 2020 showing that Dublin has the 3rd most expensive holiday rental properties in the World reports Forbes.
The average per room price of a holiday rental in Dublin is €151.86 behind Amsterdam in the Netherlands (€178.27) and Las Vegas, US (€160.95).
Dublin even beats New York with a holiday rental costing €148.55.
The cheapest holiday rentals can be found in Moscow and Bangkok.
Ronni Kenoian, InsureMyTrip’s director of marketing said “We anticipate that all these destinations will see an increase in booking activity once the pandemic wanes and more tourist sites start to reopen for travellers.”
