Dublin-born cabaret singer Sonny Knowles has passed away, aged 86.
Knowles’ career spanned almost 60 years. He performed with such acts as the Johnny Butler Band, Earl Gill’s Band, the Pacific Showband, and Dermot O’Brien’s showband.
He passed away peacefully at his home earlier today.
