Dublin City Council has elected a new Lord Mayor following a meeting on Monday.
Following a vote Fianna Fáil Councillor Tom Brabazon, was elected to the position which was vacated by Paul McAuliffe.
Brabazon, will take up the position following McAuliffe’s election to the Dáil.
