
GardaĆ have renewed their call for information following a serious assault in Dublin last Friday that left a man with significant injuries, reports Breaking News.
The assault occurred at around 10pm on Sean McDermott Street.
A man in his 40s was transported to Beaumont Hospital, where he remains in a critical condition, reports Breaking News.
A Senior Investigating Officer (SIO) has been assigned to oversee the case, and an incident room has been set up at Mountjoy Garda Station.
GardaĆ are urging anyone who may have knowledge about the assault to come forward, reports Breaking News.
They are particularly appealing to individuals, including drivers and pedestrians, who were in the Sean McDermott Street / Diamond Park vicinity between 9:30pm and 10:30pm on Friday, 25th July 2025, and who may have captured video or dash-cam footage to share it with investigators.
