Dublin man accused of rape says he fell on top of woman with his penis out

A man who allegedly sexually assaulted his wife’s friend in a park admitted to gardaí that he did not recall having sex with the lady when he fell on top of her, reports Breaking News.

For legal considerations, the 55-year-old Dublin man who was raped in a park in September 2019 after a party at his house has entered a not guilty plea.

The State’s argument is that following a party at his residence, the victim was heading home when the guy sexually assaulted her in a park. The individual has refuted any misconduct, reports Breaking News.

Transcripts from the man’s four interviews were presented to the jury on Thursday, the second day of the Central Criminal Court trial.

The man informed the gardaí that the complainant had been his wife’s friend for a long time and that whenever they met while she was in his house, there would be “general chit-chat”, reports Breaking News.
