The Irish capital city has been voted in fifth place out of a total of 24 worldwide shopping destinations.
The poll was conducted by travel magazine Conde Nast Traveller.
Barcelona came out on top of the poll, with Philadelphia, Hong Kong and Chicago in second, third and fourth places respectively.
Just 8 European cities made it into the list, while half of the destinations included are US locations.
It is noteworthy that Dublin trumps other major cities like London, New York and Paris, in shopping terms at least. Dublin’s ‘Creative Quarter’ in particular is highlighted as a ‘must-see.’
