It’s time to sit up and pay attention to what’s happening in Dublin’s City Centre in regards to residents protesting against perceived undocumented migrants being forced into their community.

They’re going to meet this evening at 5pm and have another protest that they say will cause the city to standstill.

It’s getting intriguing to watch as the people of Dublin’s inner city fight back against the government’s plantation of migrants in their community.

They say that the fight will be taken countrywide eventually, but for now it’s centred on East Wall.

The good people of inner city Dublin say that they’re going to continue to do all they can to ensure that alleged undocumented migrants thrown into their community without consultation will get the door.

A large crowd of up to 500 people attended this evening’s protest, which saw traffic come to a standstill in the East Link area.

East Wall protesters met at 5pm on Wednesday evening and decided to make their way down to the East Link/Port Tunnel junction again where they are blocking traffic in an effort to gain publicity for their campaign.

This is the second time the protesters blocked the link and say that they’re going to continue to do so every Monday, Wednesday and Friday going forward until all migrants are gone from the community.

Locals say they have major concerns over migrants being foisted into their community without any consultation.

They have held numerous rallies but the government will not move the migrants.

Gardai are present but protesters say they’re going nowhere. Follow us on Instagram @TheLiberal.ie
