Dublin’s Buswells Hotel goes for sale with an asking price of €22 million

Due to its location opposite Leinster House, it is a regular meeting place for politicians, journalists and lobbyists.

The Molesworth Street property has been a hotel since the 19th century. In 1995, businessman Sean Quinn bought Buswells and did a huge renovation job on it.

The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) liquidators are selling the hotel.

They took over the business along with other Quinn assets in 2019, to much anger in Quinn’s hometown and with many people on social media at the time.
