The Dutch ambassador has openly invited the Irish public to visit a Dutch warship which is currently docked in Dublin Port.
The large Navy Vessel from the Netherlands has been docked in Dublin Port since yesterday afternoon and will be open to all members of the public this Saturday afternoon.
The ship named HNLMS De Zeven Provincien (F802) is understood to be in the nations capital for a three day visit. The large Dutch Navy vessel reportedly carries missiles and weighs just over 6,000 tonnes.
