The idea of dying of a broken heart is true for one couple in Augusta, Georgia.
94-year-old Herbert DeLaigle died just 12 hours before his wife Frances who was 84.
Their marriage lasted an amazing 71 years but it seems Frances wasn’t prepared to go on after Herbert died.
Doctors have confirmed that “broken hearts” are a genuine medical condition and it certainly seems to be the case in the ongoing love-story and the DeLaigle couple. May they rest in peace.
