Telecommunications company Eir have promised that they will improve its customer care services in 2021.
In an announcement the company who have apologised for it’s less than adequate customer care services, say they fully intend to improve services with the creation of jobs in the coming months ahead.
Eir say they are making every effort to improve their customer service experience in the future and they are really sorry for the issues customers have experienced in the past.
The company’s announcement comes after a number of customers have complained about the poor customer service they experienced whilst trying to address issues with their phone, broadband and other services.
