A 60-year-old man stabbed two teenage passengers on board a train in Austria earlier today.
The man reportedly appeared mentally unstable prior to the incident, and seemingly attacked the teenagers at random. Local authorities have ruled out any terrorist motivation.
It is understood the man stood up and stabbed a 19-year-old man in the chest and stomach, then slashed a 17-year-old man in the neck area.
The attacker was arrested after the train pulled into a station, and both victims were taken to hospital.
