An 83-year-old woman is in a critical condition in hospital after taking a fall.
It is understood that the woman was attempting to flee from burglars, and may fallen through an open window.
The incident happened at a property in Sydney Street in Aughnacloy, Co Tyrone.
Police in the North are treating the incident as attempted murder.
