The last Health Minister, Fine Gael’s James Reilly is in bad shape this morning judging by exit polls.
He’s currently polling very badly in his Dublin North constituency. The former doctor is said to be “not transfer friendly”.
Meanwhile his Fine Gael colleague, Transport Minister Pascal Donoghue is said to be fighting it out for the last seat in Dublin central.
In Mayo, the Taoiseach polled 30% first preference votes which, according to analysts, is a poor showing for the Fine Gael leader.
