Electric Ireland has announced price cuts for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from next month.
Electricity tariffs will decrease by an average of 10% and gas prices by an average of 15%.
A reduction in wholesale prices is the motivator behind these price decreases.
Electric Ireland has not confirmed whether or not tariffs for homeowners will also be reduced.
