The deal had generated much controversy after Musk said he’d pull out, citing the abundance of bots and fake accounts on the platform.
One of Musk’s first moves was to sack Twitter’s chief executive Parag Agrawal, chief financial officer Ned Segal, and legal affairs and policy chief Vijaya Gadde.
