Elon Musk will go ahead with the purchase of Twitter for the originally stipulated $44bn, it has been confirmed.
The agreement comes ahead of a court case that was due to start in a few weeks, following Mr. Musk’s intention to decline the deal.
It is understood that Mr. Musk has now sent a letter confirming that he will indeed honor the original conditions.
