A Qatar Airways passenger plane has been safely escorted to Manchester airport by an RAF typhoon after a suspicious device was found on board.
The flight originally starting in Doha was said to be full capacity with civilian passengers. A major security alert was raised and had the flight taken off course, the RAF were authorised to take action.
