A number of businesses have been evacuated after a major fire broke out at an industrial estate in the outskirts of Kilkenny.
Ten units of the fire brigade are in attendance at Kilkenny Business Park this afternoon, after an emergency was called at the local civil defense unit building.
Neighbouring businesses have been evacuated as the fire spread.
No personal injuries have been reported.
