The former Taoiseach Enda Kenny has congratulated Joe Biden on his recent election victory in the US.
Speaking to Midwest Radio, Kenny said he was filled with excitement and joy for Biden following his election over the weekend.
The former Fine Gael leader also said that Biden will have a massive impact when he takes office in January.
He added that Biden will look to form new relationships with Europe and other world nations following his election.
