The Taoiseach has announced that it’s time to move on from the Irish Water disaster. The Fine Gael leader thinks he has sorted the debacle out and now wants to move on to other business.
A roll-back last week hasn’t done anything to appease people though. Water Protesters are calling for an election, and they want it now.
December 10th is expected to be the biggest protest in Irish history. This is the governments tactic to try and push the water charges under the carpet, but there are literally thousands of people who are eagerly looking forward to protesting on December 10th. They are not letting this go and they are determined to make this government fall.
