British police have issued a warning to English football fans ahead of tomorrow night’s World Cup semi-final with Croatia.
According to Sky News, the warning comes after Britain’s National Police Chief Council revealed that they have seen an increase in ‘senseless behaviour ‘ since the tournament began.
Figures released by the council this week found that over 1,000 incidents have been reported in wake of England’s success at the tournament.
Police who have said resources are being stretched to deal with other non football related incidents, have urged fans to drink sensibly and refrain themselves engaging in any violent behaviour.
According to police figures there were over 230 arrests made since the tournament began.
