The European Union has agreed to impose harsh sanctions on Iran following the confirmation that the Islamic nation is supplying armed drones to Russia.
The assets of three individuals and one entity linked to the drone-supplying operation will be frozen from today.
Russia’s loss on the battlefield has prompted the launch of scores of drones in a desperate attempt to show strength, and though Ukrainian air defence systems intercept and destroy most incoming bogeys, some do get through and cause material and personal damage.
