59-yr-old Dee Kenny from Co Dublin suffers an ongoing shoulder pain and can no longer lift her grandchildren after slipping on spilled yoghurt in Tesco.
Judge Francis Comberford heard how the woman was shopping in Tesco in Ballybrack, South Co Dublin in April 2012 when she slipped on spilled yoghurt and fell down hard on her right side.
The Judge wasted no time in accepting the woman had serious pain and life altering consequences from the fall and awarded her €55,000 damages in the Circuit Civil Court.
