The Liberal can reveal that Fingal County Council has received an application that would see Luttrellstown Community College on Mill Road in Blanchardstown, converted into accommodation for “so-called” refugees.

It is unclear how many migrants would be accommodated at the former school which lies adjacent to James Connolly Memorial Hospital and only a few minutes walk from Blanchardstown Village as well as two national schools and a playground, but the drive is now on to inform locals.
