A farmers protest caused traffic chaos around Dublin city centre this evening.
No fewer than 100 tractors blocked streets around the Dáil, causing long delays and tailbacks in adjacent areas.
Farmers then handed in a letter to the Minister for Agriculture, in which they vow to fight on against the ‘demise of rural Ireland.’
