A man in his 40s has died and two other men are injured following a road accident near Mallow, Co. Cork.
The crash happened at around 6:40pm on the N20, between Buttevant and Mallow. The fatality was a passenger in a car that collided with another vehicle.
The two drivers were taken to University Hospital Limerick and Cork University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses of the crash to come forward.
