Graham Linehan has been banned from Twitter following some controversy about comments he made about transgender people.
Linehan, well known for writing the much-beloved sitcom Father Ted, is no stranger to controversy. He received a verbal harassment warning in 2018 after a transgender activist claimed Linehan had ‘trolled’ her.
The incident follows the recent banning of outspoken TV and radio personality Katie Hopkins from the social media platform.
