A female pedestrian in her 20s had to be airlifted to hospital after being struck by a car in Co. Waterford on Tuesday evening.
The incident happened at around 7pm near the town of Dungarvan.
It is understood that the victim’s injuries are not life-threatening.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact them at Dungarvan Garda Station on 058 48600.
