New figures just released about hospital overcrowding must make for uncomfortable reading for the Minister for Health.
The figures indicate that over 100,000 people were not accommodated in hospital beds throughout 2018. And with one month still to go, that figure -the worst ever- is bound to increase.
According to sources, 451 people are languishing in trolleys across Irish hospitals today alone.
