Noel Rock TD couldn’t contain his excitement praising the outgoing Fine Gael leader, Enda Kenny.
Rock was speaking outside Leinster House when he said that Enda Kenny deserves respect and gratitude no less for his tenure as Taoiseach:
Rock said:
“Enda Kenny deserves our respect today but also our gratitude for the work he has done for both the party and the country.”
“He’s done the party and the country an immense amount of service and for that we should be both respectful and grateful.”
“We should focus on Enda Kenny’s legacy, and it’s an immense legacy, one which saw the county lifted off its knees, its international reputation restored and jobs and the economy improving.”
Rock is said to be supporting Leo Varadkar for the next Fine Gael leader.
