After what can only be described as an extremely successful week, the fleadh in Drogheda, Co. Louth is coming to a close this evening.
The event was nothing short of a resounding success with people already planning and booking time off for next year’s festival in the town.
Up to 400,000 people attended this year’s fleadh witnessing street performances, stage performances, shop performances and almost every other type of perfo5you can think of!
Traffic flowed fairly well considering the centre of town, West St, was closed off for the entire week.
Well done Drogheda, you pulled it off in style!
