It’s next to certain that Simon Harris will be Taoiseach and leader of Fine Gael within days.
Leo Varadkar is on the way out and Harris is on the way in, but many people think that it’s utterly disgraceful that there isn’t a general election and that a new Taoiseach will be foisted onto the Irish electorate whether they like it or not.
